Centennial (Brown) This variety resulted from breeding efforts in Canada to develop a better yielding brown mustard crop. Trial data depicts Centennial as superior in all agronomic traits as compared to Common Brown mustard. Compared to Common Brown, Centennial has greater yield and much better seed quality.
